Eric did an OUTSTANDING job diagnosing and fixing the HVAC problems we were having. In short our heater was continuously running and wasn’t warming up when turned on. Need to mention that our HVAC unit is extremely old. It’s the original unit that was installed when the house was built in 1975 and has shotgun shell-sized fuses. So I’m leery and particular when it comes to service calls.

Needless to say I found a great tech in Eric who was friendly, professional, quick, and reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ERIC VAN ALSTINE/Tradewinds Heating & Cooling when it comes to diagnosing and servicing your HVAC units, especially the old ones. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Awesome job, couldn’t be happier! 😎👍👍

My father was in need of a furnace repair whom had been without heat. Eric so kindly adjusted his schedule and reported to my father’s house the next afternoon! Very appreciated! Upon troubleshooting a VERY OLD UNIT he was able to fix and get the unit up and running!
